What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Soul winning/Outreach Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Service Experience Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group — we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

The CFC Growth Track helps you to discover your God-given purpose to help you to live your life to the fullest. Growth Track will help you to figure out the best way for you to fit in, to be connected and to be involved by discovering your strengths. You will develop your personal leadership skills and learn how to use your God-given talents to enrich the lives of those around you.
